I spent over $700.00 on my lenses alone. I thought that my lenses would get as dark as my polorized lenses (since they are polorized transitions). They only get to a 1.5-2 grade in darkness. This is not worth it. Not worth it.

This has been only the second time that I have owned transition lenses and I have to say, "What a great convenience they have been! I no longer have to keep switching back and forth from prescription sunglasses to regular glasses or carry two pairs around all the time. I will never go back."

I live in Florida and the sun is very intense here.It is wonderful to be able to walk in and out without changing your glasses from regular galsses to sunglasses.Transition lenses allows for more freedom of movement. I only have to worry about the pair of glasses on my face, not "where are my sunglasses"! Transition lenses have made having to always wear glasses into a much more enjoyable necessity.

They get really dark outside back to light inside with just a bit of a tint, which also helps when you're driving since transition lenses don't change when you're driving the way they do outside. But the change is so suttle that you don't notice it. Also I have a better range of vision, which anybody with progressive lenses can tell you that's a great bonus.

The way the glasses were explained to me is that they would work in a car, the do not. The are ok outdoors but do not get as dark as expected. I choose these so I would not have to change glasses while driving but I still have to.

I am thrilled with the new glasses with the wonderful polarized transition lens with my prescription. wonderful job and love 'em. gary Huber on ebay was fantastic and was in constant contact as I anxiously waited for the mail to arrive with the glasses. only one negative---did not improve my golf game.
